"Wish i had a great review to give after being a customer for a few years . My beacon (was sent 3 of them) they never worked . When we wanted to save money we removed rental car coverage and we were still charged the full amount. Wanted to sell my husband life insurance even tho we wanted to wait , kept calling and emailing to sell sell. No customer service or help to actually fix the beacon issue ?!? Never felt heard. We cancelled our policy because after all this, I checked USAA and could pay the same amount . No (unworking) beacons needed . No pressure emails and calls to get us to buy more policies life ins etc.
This is the kicker ...After we cancelled, weeks later Luke did not cancel our policy and asked about buying life insurance AGAIN. Called & sent text "I heard you are thinking of canceling" ?!? After calling the 800 # several times they FINALLY had to actually switch agents in order to get our policy canceled. Wow...NO neighbor or Jake to help ...just alot of disappointment."
